Hotel Reservation Deadlines: Wednesday, October 7 and Friday, October 9. The Diocese of Virginia is pleased to provide meeting attendees with a preferred hotel rate for those booking by the deadline.

Translation Announcement
As in previous years, Spanish translation will be available. This year, we are partnering with a new translation company, and in addition to Spanish, we are pleased to offer Korean translation as well.
Translation will be accessed through your own device (preferably a mobile phone) and earbuds. You may download the Interprefy app ahead of time or wait until you arrive at the Convention Center to do so.
A limited number of earbuds will be available for those who forget theirs. You can pick them up at the Tech Table or ask a staff member with a red name badge or one of our volunteers wearing red shirts for assistance.

The deadline to register for the Ministry Fair is October 24.
Exhibitors
