Pathways to Prayer & Practice is a five-year initiative aimed at nurturing children’s faith through worship, equipping families for meaningful faith formation, and fostering a culture of shared learning across the Diocese of Virginia.​

Funded by a generous grant from the Lilly Endowment, this project invites churches to explore, reflect, and grow in how they welcome children into the heart of worship. Pathways supports parishes through coaching, resources, mini-grants, and a year-long cohort experience rooted in collaboration and creativity.​
