Shrine Mont welcomes your child for a week of day camp! We have a great lineup of activities on over 1,100 acres with abundant hiking trails and nature galore with a wonderful staff ready to keep our campers active and entertained for a fun week!
This weekend will focus on slowing down, breathing and allowing ourselves to harvest our inner spirit and rhythm of our body. Our weekend will include restorative yoga, healing poses, expressive movement, and relaxation time, hiking and a bonfire.
The weekend course is designed to teach students about the intricacies of fly fishing with hands on instruction that covers everything from tying flies and casting to pond and river fishing at the South River for trout.
With nature as a guide, you’re invited to let things go and reconnect within via yoga, breathwork, and mindful movement.* Guided meditation and yoga nidra, workshops, group conversation, and journaling practices deepen your journey.
