Shrine Mont Camps Sunday is an opportunity to lift up our camp ministry in prayer and celebrate the life-changing moments that happen there each summer. On Shrine Mont Camps Sunday, we invite every congregation to lift up our program during worship.
Shenandoah County will be on full display in the Ballroom of the Virginia House at Shrine Mont on Saturday during Shenandoah County Heritage Day 2025, co-hosted annually by the Shenandoah County Historical Society (SCHS) and the Shenandoah County Library Archives.
On August 6, 1925, Bishop William Cabell Brown consecrated the Cathedral Shrine of the Transfiguration in Orkney Springs, VA as the cathedral of the Episcopal Diocese of Virginia and began the journey for what we now know and love as Shrine Mont.
An ingathering of Black, Indegenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) from within the Diocese of Virginia, hosted by Trinity Church, Arlington. Parishes and individuals are warmly welcomed.
Shrine Mont is turning 100 years old this year! Come visit and celebrate with us during our Homecoming Weekend!
