Quillyn S. has earned the rank of Eagle Scout, becoming the first female in Shenandoah County to achieve Scouting’s highest honor. Quillyn is a member of Troop 1117, which is sponsored and chartered by St. Andrew’s.
The Eagle Scout rank reflects years of dedicated service, leadership, and perseverance. Quillyn’s accomplishment marks a significant milestone not only for her and her family but also for the entire Shenandoah Valley. Her achievement is a source of great pride for the congregation of St. Andrew’s and for Troop 1117.
