During the Pathways to Prayer and Practice cohort retreat at Shrine Mont, teams from 10 participating churches moved from reflection into faithful experimentation.
With support from Ministry Architects, each team developed a full plan for a ministry experiment to expand children’s meaningful participation in worship, deepen faith formation with families, and strengthen congregational life.
The retreat concluded with project presentations, where teams shared what they plan to test in their own congregations. Rather than simply rolling out new programs, teams are taking small, intentional steps to examine the assumptions, habits, and intergenerational relationships that shape how children are welcomed, included, and invited to participate in the life of the Church.
