Supply Clergy Registration

Clergy canonically resident or under license in the Diocese of Virginia can use this form to register as supply clergy. For more on how to become licensed, click here.

• If there are any issues with your registration, you’ll receive a follow-up email from the bishop’s office. Otherwise you can assume that you have been added to the list, which is updated monthly.
• The supply clergy list is updated monthly, so, depending on when you register, it may be a few weeks until your information is added to the list.
• If you need to be removed from the list, please email Karen Smith.
• If you need to update any information, please re-submit this form.
