Join the inaugural Diocese of Virginia Virtual Prayer Service for Global Mission on Monday October 7th at from 7:30-8:00 pm on Zoom.

The event celebrates the history and culture of Virginia's eleven recognized Indian Tribes and directs specific attention to one tribe each year. In 2023 TPP honored the Mattaponi Indian Tribe and this year TPP is honoring the Upper Mattaponi Indian Tribe.

The Community of Deacons in the Diocese of Virginia invites its congregations and members to A Week of Prayer for the 2024 Election Season, from October 30, 2024 to November 5, 2024.

Everyone is invited to join Election Night Virtual Prayers hosted by The Episcopal Church Office of Government Relations from 8 to 10 p.m. Nov. 5. Episcopalians from around the church will hold silence and lead participants in prayers together for peace, the nation, and all people and countries.

The 230th Annual Convention will be held on November 7-9, 2024 at the Fredericksburg Convention Center. Convention details and materials will be posted on the Convention webpage as they become available.

We welcome you to join with bishops, ecumenical officers and representatives of judicatories across Virginia to pray for unity hosted by the Virginia LARCUM Committee.

Bishops and clergy will gather during Holy Week to celebrate the ancient tradition of the reaffirmation of vows. Bishop Stevenson asks all clergy to plan to attend one of the services which will be held in five locations across the Diocese.
