Lost and Found: A Day of Reflection, Hope and Healing

Lost and Found: A Day of Reflection, Hope and Healing

Lost and Found: A Day of Reflection, Hope and Healing will be held Saturday, May 30, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Norwood Room at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Richmond.

The past several years have changed us. Participants will spend time reflecting on grief and loss so they can move on to discover what has been gained during the last few years. What gifts have you discovered? How might you become more resilient in the face of the challenges ahead?

Join facilitator David Hoover for this workshop, which will guide participants through a variety of spiritual practices and safe small group discussions to explore the toll and the treasure of these turbulent years.
