Faith in Action: Witness for Haiti

There will be a Prayer Service for Haiti at Virginia Theological Seminary on February 28 at 11:00. Please join us to pray for God’s guidance as the country faces intractable challenges. The service will be officiated by the Rev. Joseph Constant, founder of Haiti Micah Project. The sermon, Faith in Action: Witness for Haiti will be given by the Rev. Canon Chuck Robertson, Senior Advisor to the Presiding Bishop and envoy to Haiti. A Haitian type lunch will be provided. At 1:00 Erlantz Hyppolite, Executive Director, Fonkoze/USA will speak about his organization that provides financial and other services to empower Haitians – primarily women – to lift their families out of poverty.
