Annual Convention: A requirement of being an Episcopal Church is to send a delegate to the Annual Convention of the Diocese of Virginia November 5-7, 2026, in Fredericksburg. Why? Because we’re “The Diocese” together, and your voice and vote count. Plus, we don’t want you to miss the excellent learning opportunities at convention for strengthening your congregation. Be sure to submit a Certificate of Election no later than April 15.
Grants: For mission churches that receive a grant annually, look for Bishop Bourlakas’ letter in April, which will provide the template and outline the process for applying for an annual grant.
