Leaders of the philanthropic community gathered near Hillsboro on the night of Saturday, November 22, 2025 to celebrate the work of community nonprofits and those who support them. The Very Rev. Daniel Vélez-Rivera, Vicar of St. Gabriel’s Church in Leesburg, was named the Community Foundation’s 2025 Changemaker of the Year.
