Rejuvenate with a relaxing weekend of self care that includes mindful movement, meditation, and massage.* Our popular fall retreat now has a spring session, as well!
Our Hatha, Yin, & Restorative yoga is gentle and accessible to every body. Sessions include breathwork, yoga nidra, a deep dive workshop, and rich group conversation and connection. You’ll also have free time over the weekend to rest, read, or wander the woods.
Join us in the natural beauty and quiet of this mountain sanctuary for a very special Mother’s Day weekend. Shrine Mont is a step back to a slower-paced time, with clapboard houses, vast hiking trails, and homestyle southern cuisine. (Chefs can accommodate vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free diets). All are welcome, with a special invitation to those celebrating Mother’s Day–send Mom on her own, Mom and a special guest, or bring the whole family! Teens 13 and over are welcome to take part in the retreat.
*The first 20 registrants will be treated to a free 20-minute massage or energy medicine treatment. Register early because space is limited.
