Connect with your mind, body, and spirit with a Chakra workshop – that includes yoga, teas and meditations that help you balance and cleanse your chakras. We have two guest yoga teachers – Barbara and Abigail and a guest speaker, Dabney for the Chakra workshop. Please join us for chair, yin, gentle and Hatha yoga to relax and rejuvenate your body. And, of course, meditation for lasting stillness and calm.
