SUMMARY:A Week of Prayer for the 2024 Election
DESCRIPTION:The Community of Deacons in the Diocese of Virginia invites its congregations and members to A Week of Prayer for the 2024 Election Season\, from October 30\, 2024 to November 5\, 2024. Individuals and congregations can sign up to participate in this vigil by praying individually or in community. We invite you to sign up for a 30 minute time period to be in prayer. You may select as many time slots as you wish. Please invite friends\, family\, and others to join in this time of prayer as well. DESCRIPTION:Everyone is invited to join Election Night Virtual Prayers hosted by The Episcopal Church Office of Government Relations from 8 to 10 p.m. Nov. 5. Bishop Sean Rowe\, who will become presiding bishop on Nov. 1\, will offer an opening reflection and prayer.
