DESCRIPTION:This popular event has been in existence for more than 140 years and continues to be a much anticipated tradition on the beautiful Northern Neck of Virginia. For the past number of years the Festival has drawn more than 5\,000 people! \nThe event features more than 100 vendors exhibiting a wide range of of original arts and crafts items.
