SUMMARY:Spring Clergy Retreat 2026
DESCRIPTION:Rest and collegiality will be at the center of the year’s retreat\, The Journey and Joy: Back from Emmaus. The Rt. Rev. Robert Wright\, 10th Bishop of the Diocese of Atlanta\, will offer spiritual reflections\, welcoming us into a journey upward\, inward\, and outward in Jesus’ name—a journey that throughout provides joy for buoyancy\, growth\, and effectiveness. The Road to Emmaus (Luke 24:13-35) invites us to name the disorientation that can accompany ministry as we reconnect to and are redirected for the fire of the Resurrection joy. \nPlease make every effort to be present the entirety of the retreat as observation of sabbath time and strengthening clergy collegiality is essential to the ministry we share.
