DESCRIPTION:Yoga at Shrine Mont is very notable this year. Shrine Mont is 100 years old and everything planned this year is extra special. The Simply Yoga Retreat marks its 9th year and each retreat held at Shrine Mont has been different and awesome because we always have wonderful people who attend. Shrine Mont offers hiking and space for contemplative strolls\, a labyrinth\, pure mineral spring water\, and nourishing and delicious\, homestyle southern meals. Chefs are also able to accommodate vegetarians and gluten free diets.
