SUMMARY:Free Concert at St. George's - Ayreheart
DESCRIPTION:St. George’s Episcopal Church invites the community to a free concert on Sunday\, October 19\, 2025\, at 3:00 pm\, featuring folk musicians Ayreheart with guest vocalist Heather Aubrey Lloyd. The concert will be held in the church’s historic nave\, located at 905 Princess Anne Street in downtown Fredericksburg. Ayreheart presents Early Music alongside traditional folk and original music with lute\, vocals\, colascione (a kind of bass lute)\, violin\, guitar and percussion. The concert is free with donations accepted at the door. \nKnown for its lush acoustics and welcoming atmosphere\, St. George’s offers a year-round concert series showcasing both local and nationally recognized artists. This performance promises an afternoon of “beautiful music in a beautiful space\,” continuing the church’s tradition of musical excellence.
